The delivery time usually is within 5 days for Europe up to 14 days outside of Europe , when the product is available in stock. If not in stock we will let you know the delivery time.
If for any reason your boots arrived faulty or you have problems with them send them back to us and we will we will forward a new pair by return, or we will refund your money.

Boots can be returned within 30 days. Over 30 days we do not accept returns

For size or colour exchanges or if you don´t like the product the return postage is at your cost if the boots are faulty we will return the return postage .
